Wensel brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the fishing and outdoor industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales organizations, and expanding national distribution networks. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that strengthened independent sales representative networks, improved forecasting discipline, and aligned sales strategy with sustainable margin performance.
In his new role, Wensel will lead TFO’s national sales operations, oversee the company’s independent sales representative network, and guide strategic account development. He will also play a key role in aligning product development strategy with market demand, helping ensure TFO continues to deliver innovative products that meet the evolving needs of anglers and dealers alike.
